Reynolds M. Delgado, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Delgado is a practicing cardiologist and leader in the fields of heart failure, heart transplantation, and genetic cardiomyopathies. He has been a Basic Science Researcher in heart failure at the Texas Heart Institute, Baylor College of Medicine, and The University of Texas Houston Medical School since 1997, and has been on the Medical Education Committee at Texas Heart Institute since 2004. He also created the the heart failure clinic program at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, where he now serves on the Transplant Medical Review Board. In business, Dr. Delgado has successfully commercialized his innovations before, such as a device to detect inherited amyloid cardiomyopathy, and now is working on descsendantsDNA to push preventive healthcare forward with genomics.
